VarVault Pre-Alpha Access Terms of Service

Welcome to VarVault

Before you join our pre-alpha program, please take a moment to read and understand the following terms of service. By applying for and participating in the pre-alpha, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting access to the VarVault pre-alpha, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, please refrain from applying or using the service.

2. Pre-Alpha Program

• Limited Access: VarVault is in an early, pre-alpha stage. Features, functionality, and performance may change or be removed at any time.
• Access by Request: Access to the pre-alpha is granted only through an application process. Submission of an application does not guarantee access.
• Revocation: VarVault reserves the right to revoke access to the pre-alpha at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

3. Confidentiality

• Non-Disclosure: As a participant in the pre-alpha, you may gain access to proprietary features and unreleased functionality. You agree not to disclose, share, or distribute any information about the VarVault service, including screenshots, videos, or descriptions, without explicit written permission from VarVault.
• Feedback: You are encouraged to provide feedback, suggestions, and bug reports. By submitting feedback, you grant VarVault a royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, modify, or incorporate your feedback into the service without compensation or acknowledgment.

4. Limitations of Service

• No Guarantees: Due to the nature of the pre-alpha phase, VarVault cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, data integrity, or complete functionality. The service may be incomplete, contain bugs, and be subject to change without notice.
• Data Security: While VarVault is committed to security, you acknowledge that the pre-alpha stage may not offer the same level of security as the final product. You should avoid using any sensitive, personal, or confidential information within the service.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use VarVault for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to exploit, probe, or breach any security or authentication measures of the service.
• Engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, features, and trademarks related to VarVault are the sole property of VarVault. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without prior written consent.

7. Termination

VarVault reserves the right to terminate your access to the pre-alpha for any reason, including but not limited to breaches of these terms, misuse of the service, or failure to comply with confidentiality requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VarVault shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or related to your use of the pre-alpha service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or security breaches.

9. Changes to Terms

VarVault reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes, and your continued use of the pre-alpha service constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Hague, Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of The Hague, Netherlands.
